Electrician

Randstad are currently seeking a Maintenance Electrician to join a respected and well-established manufacturing business in Berri. Based within a food manufacturing environment, this is a permanent opportunity offering a strong salary package and a supportive team culture.


About the role:
This role is a full time and permanent shift work role. You will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of automated processing and packaging machinery. Rapid fault-finding ability is essential to help minimise downtime and keep production moving.

This role would suit a motivated electrician who has strong problem-solving skills, and enjoys being part of a collaborative and safety-focused maintenance team who value their employees.


Key Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled maintenance, repairs, and upgrades on production equipment

• Diagnose and repair faults quickly and accurately in a high-volume environment

• Maintain compliance with safety and food industry regulations

• Work closely with production to resolve equipment issues and achieve targets

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Current Class 1 Electrical Licence (essential)

• Ability to problem solve and resolve production issues

• Ability to work positively in a team environment

• Strong organisational skills

• Strong understanding of workplace safety standards
